What differentiates Google Workspace from other similar products?
It has an interface that is very easy to use. It offers a trustworthy call forwarding feature. One can make infinite calls and messages. It is a very basic task to set up an account. If you have ever used any of the google workspace platforms, you will find no difficulty in using it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ring groups can be created so that group members can take calls one by one on a single telephone number. An automated attendant can also be set up that can direct callers to their desired department or person. Conference calling is also possible with google voice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One downside is that it does not offer any toll-free numbers and it can be a major drawback for companies with clients dispersed all over the globe.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google voice is a chic option for small-scale businesses, particularly those, who have already used any other workspace platforms offered by Google. People with a tight budget can also utilize it efficiently as they often need to have a separate phone number for businesses.
