Google voice has in-built spam protection designed to filter unwanted calls. Google Voice transcribes voicemail messages to text which are then received via email or SMS.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Voice has the ability to start a conference call with multiple participants.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Voice has limited integration with other google services.

One needs to consider network coverage and internet connection as the quality of call depend on these two factors.

It is the only option available for a single number that can be associated with multiple devices. Skype is the closest.

Favorite aspect is that one does not have to carry multiple numbers for multiple devices. It can be made easier with one number and multiple devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the case that at times customers complain of downtime to reach the number.
