It does not contain any limitation regarding time. This is a helpful and useful feature because mostly meetings take place on this application. The user or admin can share documents or any other work during video or audio calls on this application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is limited to those who contain a Gmail account while other applications does not restrict their users’. It is not linked directly to the Google drive. It is not stable in low internet connections. This is a disadvantage for the users’. Audio and video controls are difficult from different devices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It offers its users’ a good customer service as compared to other applications. Whenever customer gets a problem or query, the technicians quickly respond. It is a helpful feature because it provides ease to the customer, eliminating ambiguities. It develops the true perception in the minds of customer for the application.

It is very friendly and easy to understand. It is the solution that always works when others fail. Their contribution to humanity in times of pandemic was significant when they released their use.

The configuration of the audio devices is simple, as well as the access to the chat and the enabling of participatory functionalities. The mobile version is easy to use and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Something they have to fix is ​​the file sharing functionality. It's a headache having to leave the meeting to be able to do it or use features like google calendar to be able to pre-arrange files. On the other hand, when a person is expelled, a new session and a new link must be created to be able to give this person access again, specifically speaking of classes or workshops.

As we are using Goole Workspace for our day-to-day business activities such as email, browse, chat, etc. Google Meet is one of the most used tools currently our organization uses as a default communication solution. It is a very easy-to-use software that is also available as built-in in Gmail for use whenever and wherever we go. The desktop as well as a mobile app both are fantastic and we love this product.

1) It is easy to use. 2) No additional training is required to use this product. 3) Excellent customer service and support. 4) Integration with other applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Call quality is not up to the mark. 2) Call recording feature is not available as default, you need a Google Workspace account. 3) Requires high internet bandwidth to use the product if the meeting takes long. 4) Addition of emojis and other avatars.
