What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Google Meet is completely browser based on desktop. This is a major advantage for any professional, particularly from the angle of easy accessibility.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love its real-time captioning feature during video conference calls. It is a great way to share specific parts of a meeting with people who weren't present during the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to see more than sixteen meeting participants at a time via tiled layout during group video meetings, is a major limitation of this program for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google Meet gets the basics right. At the same time, one cannot but think it is still a step below the top, mainstream video meeting softwares in some aspects.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Seamless integration with our enterprise workflow. This is a very powerful meet tool that is reasuringly robust and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is just so easy to use! So intuitive too with such a easy to navigate workflow. Much like Google's suite of products, on first inspection they can appear lightweight or lacking in features. However Google Meet is incredibly powerful, feature-rich and extremely reliable. At the click of a button this app provides encrypted, safe and secure meeting spaces without the need to laboriously enter conference joining details. You have excellent control over voice and video settings, and the quality of voice and video sessions is excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I tried hard to think of something, but I honestly couldn't find anything to fault in this app. I am an end-user of this enterprise app, and as an end-user, I have no complaints whatsoever.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As an end-user, I have no visibility of cost of licensing of this product so that is something to pay attention to. I cannot fault the experience of product use, but I cannot comment on ROI or cost-to-business for running this tool. My key recommendation would be to compare the price of this with others on the market, but if that price is favourable, go for it, you won't be disappointed. Ultimately Google is a ubiquitous brand with ubiquitous tools which are surprisingly powerful and robust. In my opinion there is no need to seek out niche players offering stand-alone solutions. Google has it all covered for you already!
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
