What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Using this app for my official online work and international webinars has been a great experience; it's a simple and user-friendly platform. The home office will become even more efficient when video conferencing replaces the phone entirely. There are obvious benefits to simply sharing your screen, collaborating on a project, and boosting productivity. Furthermore, the user interface is incredibly intuitive. There are a number of features that aren't available because of the product's simple design. Only the meeting creator can post polls, for example, in a Hangout.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because no software needs to be installed on the desktop, it's incredibly simple to set up. It's possible to run native apps on mobile phones and tablets. The Google Calendar integration is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to get everything set up, as with other Google products. The product is widely used in our company, and we are pleased with its ease of use and stability of connection. I've been using Google Meet for my online classes, and I'm glad that the marker feature is missing from this app, which means that attendees can't bug the meeting while it's going on. While screen-sharing hosts can also benefit from this,
What do you dislike most about this product?
When your internet connection isn't very strong, it can be a bother. If there are a lot of people on the call and all of their cameras are open, the same rules apply. The battery life of mobile devices (laptops) is severely impacted by the resource-intensive nature of the browser. As a result, certain mobile devices cannot be used. Licensing has become a very difficult process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I don't think Skype is as good as Google meet. In addition, we use Google as our email provider for the company. As a rule, it's better to have everything in sync We don't have to leave the house to participate in virtual meetings, thanks to Google Hangouts. At this location, we also conduct business meetings among our teams. This technology also makes it possible to conduct virtual presentations. Customer meetings, weekly team calls and brief updates can be conducted via videoconference. During the Corona era, meeting rooms became very popular. I recommend this soft.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
It is one of the most advanced tools that you might be using for online meetings and professional collaborations. You can have all basic as well as advanced features that will help you in eliminating the fact of not being together under one roof to tackle and run businesses. Just like any other Google product, this one is quite easy to use and will not take your energy to drain you out in just the learning phase.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google is the number one platform people use on the internet for almost everything, why? Because it is good and does not compromise its user’s security by any means. The same situation is here, your security is not compromised and you can use features like whiteboard meetings as well as screen-sharing for better communication and understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Surely Google Meet allows me to share the screen and we are so glad for it, but it does not allow me to share more than one screen which is quite disappointing at times and I need to switch between presentations multiple times. I hope they make changes and update this feature for a better user experience. If we compare it to other platforms, we will realize how its features are amazing but limited at times. Many features are limited. I do not understand why. However, it is not troublesome or disappointing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a company that focuses on security more than anything, I think this is your go-to partner. You can have professional and secure meetings with all basic and most advanced features, it is cost-effective as well. So why not choose something good over and be ready to conquer everything.
Pros
- Saves Time
- Fair
- Acts with Integrity
