"It has subtitles!"

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
It has an intuitive user interface that is easy to use, sessions can be stored in google Drive for future reference and for members who were not able to attend to catch up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that it has subtitles when video calling or chatting which makes it easy to understand the speaker. Also, the Anti-Hijacking feature which make real-time official meetings safe and secure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When screen sharing, it only allows sharing of one screen at a time and this tends to limit the information being given. Other than that it is a great tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very flexible. Participants that cause chaos during meetings or are rude can be muted or removed hence makes the meetings to be constructive. I highly recommend.

A straightforward but essential tool for the home office! Google Meet is one of the most used tools in the organisation, and we use it daily. There, we hold all of our daily meetings as well as our weekly and monthly gatherings. Through Meet, there are numerous internal encounters with clients. Our daily meetings last on average 40 minutes, our weekly meetings last about 60 minutes, and our monthly meetings last about 60 minutes as well. It is an essential tool for us because our business runs solely from home/office both.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration of google Meet with Gsuite is fantastic, and it is simple to implement this programme because I can easily access it from the Gmail platform or from the software that is downloaded to my smartphone. Currently, our business unit uses GSuite. We can share files via the private messenger, video calls, and conferences that are available and The major advantage of Meet is that it is browser-based. There is no requirement for users to download any software, making meetings on all devices very simple. It is dependable and has good audio and video quality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When displaying videos and sharing the screen, it can occasionally be a little sluggish. But I suppose that applies to every other available video conferencing tool. So overall it works great.

For small and medium-sized organisations seeking for a video conferencing platform that integrates into their current technology and is visible to the public, Google Meet is a wonderful option.
