What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

For a company like mine where Google apps. makes up a good size of our software toolkit, we have found joy in the complimentary features that exists between Google Meet and other Google made applications we are using like Sheets , Calendar , Drive and so on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Meet gives me access to a reliable mobile application, that which has encouraged me to join video meetings on the go. I have even had to present slides on a few occasions , through the Google Meet mobile application without encountering problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I still ponder on why Google Meet does put the responsibility of approving or denying requests during meetings , solely on the meeting host. On occasions during meetings when an host was unavailable, external invitees couldn't join our meetings even though they had a meeting link invite.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It may not be the best commercial video calling application out there, but my company finds value in it , especially because of the complimentary integration it has with other Google apps. that we have deployed.

It integrates perfectly with mailing applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the most amazing feature integrated with Gmail and works flawlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The users are not seen in perfectly align.

Maybe or may not instead there are many options to go for.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

it has seamless integration with other third party systems, and we can exchange data with just a few clicks. It has a very rich user interface that provides a great experience to the end user. Appian process models are super brilliant with many powerful features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

especially monitoring and gaming with an instance to fix any issues. Overall a great business tool that gets even better as they release a new version

What do you dislike most about this product?

the most useful feature of appian is the workflow design feature: try to create the same workflow with appian and with a general purpose language and you will see the benefits of using appian. the user interface design feature is very rich, in terms of widgets, behaviors have their own application patterns (sites, record types,...): they are useful for building homogeneous applications (in terms of UI and structure of implementation)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The intuition of the tool helps me stay focused on my business needs. It's easy to train people on the platform that helps us bring an idea to life in no time. Speed ​​is important and helps deliver it, with quality! And my new love is: Process Mining!
