The interface can feel complex at times, especially for initial users at the beginning, and there is a learning curve before becoming fully comfortable. Rest everything is in line with efficiency and ease.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to invest time to understand the platform during initial setup and training. Once configured well, it becomes a very effective tool for managing and scaling ad operations. The teams who need strong control and long term scaling can benefit through it.
