Get to rewatch all my calls for coaching purposes and make sure I did not miss any action items.
What do you dislike most about this product?
SSO can be a pain, but that is a limitation with my company...

Time saving, so easy to use!

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
GONG is so easy to use, and has saved so much time over taking notes and asking for folks to repeat themselves. Bing virtual now, this allows me to be in several meetings at once.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I LOVE how you can share this with others and point them directly to the part of the call I need to them to hear. I also love that you can comment on these calls and it stays on this call so it can always be referenced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the voice transcription is not accurate but not hard to figure out what they are trying to type.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Imagine how much time you spend taking notes, or wondering what you missed because you were taking notes- THAT is the time saved. Also, being able to share the whole call with others who may have missed allows them to be a part of the conversation, very beneficial for training.
