While using GoAnywhere MFT one can encounter some minor defects and errors. Can not think of any particular however if you will see them as well as I did the support time will help you as they are really welcoming.

Have some elementary knowledge about this kind of softwares. Other than that, would definitely recommend it.

GoAnywhere MFT is a fantastic tool for automating data transfers, especially for companies that handle large volumes of data and files, arriving from different sources and in varying formats. I think it offers a truly powerful and robust solution that doesn't compromise on security and ease of use. I also have to mention that the support team at GoAnywhere is truly phenomenal and very hands-on, they are not afraid to jump on a call with you and help you tackle any problem you face. For me, GoAnywhere MFT offers everything that I need and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of GoAnywhere MFT is how easy it is to set up a project and automate the creation of custom reports or transferring of data files. It really helps save a lot of time because we no longer have to manage these tasks manually.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't yet encountered anything that I particularly dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend giving the product a go, playing around with it and seeing whether it meets the needs of your team.

What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?

We never looked back after removing all of our file, FTP, and SFTP transfers from Mulesoft. This is why GoAnawhere was created, and it is the best in its field. In the past, we had issues with Mulesoft clusters and pollers/scheduler on a failed cluster is a recipe for disaster. We also heavily rely on the scheduler. MFT schedulers now call on API-based mirco services provided by Mulesoft.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

File transfer management and control from a central location. File transfer auditing, reporting, and SLA functionality are all top-notch. Customer data no longer needs to be stored on external SFTP servers thanks to MFT Gateway. This solution may go beyond simple file transfers and data loading into databases down the line by interacting with a wide range of available resources (SFTP, Network, Web Services, Databases, Mail) using a configurable workflow tool. Enable and access channels, as well as the initial free trial to support proof of concept and support from technical resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, if there was a wishlist, I'd consider adding the GoAnywhere support team to my IT department. Internal IT support tickets should be routed through the GoAnywhere support team, avoiding the need for additional internal IT workers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many MFT products are on the market, some of which are quite expensive. GoAnywhere has an excellent return on investment and is quite reliable. That this technology is available to me is a priceless piece of mind.
