What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the automation feature the most. We can schedule file transfers and create workflows so that many tasks can run automatically. It saves time and reduces the need to do things manually. It is also easy to check the transfer status from the dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main issue I have seen is that the interface can be a little slow sometimes, especially when there are many jobs or file transfers running at the same time. Apart from this, I have had a good experience with the product.

I would recommend GoAnywhere MFT if you have regular file transfers and want to automate them. It is easy to manage once everything is set up properly and it can be useful for securely transferring business data.

I like its robust security and automation capability around enterprise file transfer by handling sensitive data with strong security controls and compliance requirements It has very strong capability around automating file movements, scheduling, encryption and other repetitive processes, eliminating manual internation and depending on scripts It also offers centralized management of workflows, transfers, and logs making user's life easier by monitoring multiple systems and enterprise partners Additionally, GoAnywhere offers great service support with quick response and expertise on issues

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think integrations and advanced workflow configuration at an implementation stage can give some complexity and felt overwhelming Apart from core transfer capabilities, some administrative functions like advanced scripting, variables, and password management tasks need some improvement as they feel slightly less intuitive

GoAnywhere MFT helped us reduce the number of manual file transfers different teams were doing themselves. Before before, you had no insight into whether the planned transfers had performed correctly unless someone checked them manually. It was much easier to administer day-to-day with one platform to manage such activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I also liked the audit history. It was easy to check on the transfer in an internal review or when a business team asked whether a file had been sent than hunting via several servers." The scheduling features were flexible enough to handle recurring jobs without constant maintenance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a bit of getting used to, on the admin side of the product. Simple tasks are straightforward, but more complex workflows require careful planning. We also observed that upgrading existing jobs required to be well tested as even tiny changes could damage dependent processes if not properly tested.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From an asset management standpoint, having a reliable platform for secured file transfers helped decrease operational costs and increased accountability. It isn't software that you configure once and forget forever, but once appropriate processes are built, it works consistently and gives the insight needed to support daily business operations.
