GoAnywhere MFT provides robust, secure file transfer that keeps our journal's sensitive manuscripts and reviewer reports safe. It automates workflows to streamline our admin processes, is easy to set up, and saves time managing content between editors, reviewers, and contributors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Getting comfortable with all the advanced features takes training, and initial setup for automation and security can be detailed. Sometimes quirky interfaces mean you need support to troubleshoot, which is not always instant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It enabled the automation of content exchange and secure document transfers for the International Journal of Nursing and Health Services, improving compliance and speeding up editorial workflows. Now, we can protect author data and easily transfer files across remote staff. So I will suggest everyone to use it and recommend it.

It is a platform that has security, flexibility and it is easy to use and there is a responsive team that assisted me during my trial.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature about GoAnywhere MFT is that it is simple to handle. The installation was smooth and the interface allows me to create and follow workflows without difficulties, even in case of a first time user. Another thing I found quite nice was the Cloud Connector Marketplace - connections such as Salesforce could be installed within a few minutes and did not require any outside installation. It was complemented by high automation, security of transfers and support, which made the entire evaluation process smooth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I did not find anything I disliked during my trial. The site also worked well and I almost spent a month testing every functionality of the application, including Advanced Workflows, secure file transfers and the embedded Cloud Connector Marketplace. The whole operation was as intended and I did not encounter any hurdle to the areas that I tested.
