What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?

GoAnywhere MFT is straight forward, easy to learn and very capable. With a minimal amount of introduction sessions we were able to setup our EDI translation and file handling needs. We were able to setup our the communication we needed without any guidance (FTP, SFTP, AS2). The product is very capable and offers a great degree of flexibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Project Designer is fantastic and allows you to define almost anything you could need in handling communication, translating files and writing data to final repositories.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish HelpSystems would provide a license for a development/test server without charge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We found GoAnywhere MFT to be the right price for our business and more than full featured to handle all of our MFT, EDI and other file transfer needs.

What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?

The ability to manage and control file transfers in a single interface. Excellent auditing, reporting, and SLA functionality for file transfers. PGP Encryption support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PGP Encryption capability makes it a secure platform to send and receives files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to customize the Domain to go along with the sender brand

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to use for non-technical individuals with no learning curve involved to get started
