What differentiates Foxit eSign from other similar products?

Setting up the documents with pre-filled information and sending them to multiple parties for signature was a breeze. It's a good platform that comes at a reasonable price when compared to other e-signing services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Previously we were facing security issues while signing documents that were major concerns for us therefore I left my previous one and started using Foxit eSign and I'm really impressed by all of its features, mainly its security. I'm always surprised at how quickly my documents are signed. Document signatures went from taking days to seconds. I work on commission, so the faster I finish paperwork, the sooner I get paid.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm unsure about the contract template that was used. I always change it anyway, but something about it always seemed to be missing. This isn't really a disadvantage. It's a nitpick because this site specifically requested a con.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I want to share my experience with this platform. Our documentation process and signature collection have been greatly simplified thanks to Foxit eSign. It has sped up our sales process and significantly improved our growth, therefore, I'm in favor of Foxit eSign.

Both the desktop and mobile versions of the software are user-friendly. It has improved the efficiency of my workflow. Clients must sign every paper speedily because they no longer have to print, sign, scan, and return it to me. It now takes a few seconds to sign the documents, and I receive an email notification when they do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the past few years, I've used various e-signature sites but it is the only one that helped us to sign any document at any time. First and foremost, I appreciate how simple it is to upload documents directly from the dashboard without having to click anywhere. Secondly, even someone who has never used e-signature software before can figure out how to use the entire system to send documents for electronic signatures from start to finish.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything specific about the software that I dislike. Although it is fairly self-explanatory, customer service is always willing to assist with questions and resolve our issues within less time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A big plus is that they don't spam, so creating a test account to see for yourself won't take up any time or disrupt your mailbox zen. In my opinion, if a company does not have a consistent need each month, a pay-as-you-go model is the best option. The Foxit design platform and service are simple to install and use.

Besides making online document signing easy, this software also comes with ready to use and templates.
