What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Firstup's platform makes it quick and easy for employees to engage with one another internally as well as share curated content externally on their personal channels. At my organization, we have found great success and fantastic ROI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the external social media sharing where employees can access curated and pre-approved content that they can easily share with their own networks via their personal social media.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this time I do not have anything that I dislike about Firstup.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend testing out the product and meeting with the client services team. They are fantastic and can easily connect you with other top clients. It also may be helpful to attend a Firstup seminar like their Attune conference.

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Firstup has helped us reach more associates than ever before. We are currently able to target communications to specific teams of associates and deliver data that are relevant to their location and role inside the company. This platform has helped us provide our associate’s information that matters to them, once they want it, where they want it. The Analyze reports permit us to trace and measure all items of communication to better understand what content our associates are participating with and use these metrics to form our future communication strategies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how simple it’s to transfer numerous activities for workers to share with their social networks to spread the whole awareness of a company. It’s nice for sharing company announcements, new products, launches, blogs, open job opportunities, and far more! The worker communication part involved in the usage of Firstup makes it much simpler for workers to stay connected, and have a measurable way of achieving goals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We dislike the timeline of collaboration before service impacting events/changes. We need more days. More than a week could be very much appreciated. There are many service disruptions within the past year that we hope doesn’t continue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re trying to interact with your workers in an exceedingly cooperative way and to extend employee involvement in larger company goals, Firstup is a useful gizmo to induce a step in the right direction.
