What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Previously, we sent communications over four separate platforms. With little data, it was inefficient and a significant time waster. Additionally, we lacked the creativity to experiment with graphics, fonts, videos, or social sharing. We can now produce a variety of content kinds to grab people's interest and track user engagement to adjust our strategy and methods.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simpler to recruit people from around the firm to communicate because the platform is clear and simple to use. A smartphone notification, email, and post may all be sent out at once, saving time and capturing audiences where they are with minimal effort. Additionally, Social Chorus has provided us with excellent support. We often get together to discuss statistics and identify areas for growth, which is incredibly beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like to be able to increase natural corporate postings from the account and encourage staff to publish reviews on rating websites like Glassdoor. Typically, basic features and functionality are released, and they develop over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
After a comprehensive RFP process, Social Chorus was chosen for our business, and we could not be happier. The capacity for employees to interact directly with the material and share it on their external networks, together with a very user-friendly desktop and an app, have all been made possible by Social Chorus. Numerous members of our staff have also developed channels, which have allowed our centralized team to be involved without having to take full responsibility for the implementation of all interactions. I adore the reporting as well.

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Social Chorus has provided a platform for teams spread across different places to stay in touch with one another as well as with our corporate communications and brand. Prior to Social Chorus, trying to update our intranet was a daily burden. Everyone may now publish, not just about their jobs but also about significant life events, providing workers a shared base to build on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In addition to keeping my teams in touch across their many locations, Social Chorus decentralized internal communications, allowing teams to access information about the entire company without having to go via internal communications to get it. Giving employees the capacity was like adding to the team because we operate quite leanly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it's fantastic that they are adding new features, sometimes the volume or amount of updates can be a bit much, especially if you're just starting out with the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The back end of Social Chorus is the most user-friendly of all the marcomms platforms our team uses. The team wouldn't have been able to accept it as quickly without this. It's quite simple to post updates, either from your phone or as a publisher.

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?
Connecting our business leaders with our workers on offshore rigs comes first. It makes all of our staff feel more unified, whether they work remotely or on-site.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It would be fantastic for us to design the tool's home page, and that is the only restriction we have encountered with Firstup. To be able to develop content blocks and more on the site, with a structure akin to that of creating an article, would be very helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only drawback we have found with Firstup is that we would prefer to be able to alter the tool's home page. It would be really beneficial to have a setup where I could add content blocks and more to the site, much as when creating an article.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can send out emails or postings to a lot of coworkers at once thanks to Firstup. You can add images, surveys, links, and other personal touches to your communications.
