What differentiates FileHold from other similar products?

Price is lower then comparable products. Has lots of features and solid customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, searchability

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this time there is no integration for Microsoft Teams and other collaborative platforms (external to FileHold storage locations)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an EDRMS and a way to automate business processes FileHold is definitely worth considering.

Indexing and Classification Where the DMS will search the contents of all documents, index search results and organize them based on the organization’s taxonomy

Check Out Check in Similar to checking out or signing out a book from the library, this option enables a similar function for designated documents.

Version Control Tracking of document versions with each iteration of document changes.

Document Hosting Centralized hosting of electronic documents, allowing the ability for contributors to upload to a secure area.

Editor Functions Features to allow designated editors to have the ability to review a document, make notes, corrections, and insert markups for re-editing by the author(s).
