We chose Filehold because it was cheaper, easy to use, and scalable for our growing business. The tons of features have helped us manage and handle our document practice. The searching capabilities are second to none that help us find documents fast and easily. With its great capabilities and features, we found it to be the best and complete document management system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Converting paper files into PDF is easy to process by scanning them. It centralizes files which makes it easy to locate them when we need of them. The advanced feature also helps us find a specific file fast which saves time for us. Our workflows are more efficient now and its integration with our existing system is incredible. The ease of using Filehold has attracted many of our competitors that want to use the program too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The glitch of the system sometimes causes interruptions with our workflow but still perfect for us in managing iles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend signing in up for an introductory webinar to receive a deeper understanding of the software in order to make use of it fully.

Filehold offers a centralized storage place with easy file transfer. the user-friendly user interface makes it easy to scan files. It provides an easy way of tracking files and helps us to be in control of our data at all times. It works well by providing a paperless office environment in our organization enabling us to manage the entire document management lifecycle.

I like that with filehold it has a user-friendly interface and integrates easily with our systems. It has saved us time that we used to look through unorganized files before and we have gone green as every file is stored securely in the cloud. It also provides a robust workflow with many features that help in managing files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is a bit high compared to other similar products but works wonderfully for managing files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The program is easy to use and install. Client services are very responsive and positively attend to all queries leaving us satisfied. It eliminates paperwork and makes the processing of workflows easy and fast. Files are stored securely and can be retrieved with ease.

Filehold is a complete document management tool that is easy to use and can handle large volume of documents. The client support team is very knowledgeable and friendly. The ease of use and implementation were key to our decision to move ahead with FileHold.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am enjoying Filehold installation and so far it has enabled us to share any type of files and also the ease of use. I am really impressed with how Filehold client support are responsive and received guidance during our initial FileHold build and the subsequent technical encounters. We are a convert to Filehold and the power is not in the file structure but the ease in which you can find what you are looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface needs to improved to look more sleek and modern.
