What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

The network appliance monitoring traffic and the well presented AROs that demand action or recommendations are very helpful and easy to action, and every time I have a question about a particular ARO support is swift with much more detailed help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support and implementation team I worked with, and work with almost daily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial configuration of the physical appliances is a bit cumbersome, and I've also had a lingering issue with one g-suite monitoring setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nothing I can think of. We did have one appliance get stuck in customs, but Field Effect immediately spun up a virtual appliance and implemented it so we could install agents before we were even aware of the trouble.
