Expert-Driven, 24/7 Security with a Premium Price
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates eSentire from other similar products?
eSentire stands out with its combination of 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR), expert threat hunting, and proprietary threat intelligence. It offers tailored security services for small and medium-sized businesses, providing a scalable solution with a focus on fast response times and proactive threat mitigation without the need for in-house expertise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of eSentire is its 24/7 expert threat hunting. The continuous, proactive monitoring and rapid response help identify and mitigate threats before they can cause significant harm, providing businesses with a strong, always-on security layer without requiring extensive in-house expertise or resources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One downside of eSentire is that its pricing may be higher compared to some other MDR services, making it less accessible for smaller businesses or those with tighter cybersecurity budgets. While the service is comprehensive, the cost might not be justifiable for organizations with simpler security needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend considering eSentire if your business needs continuous, expert-driven security and has the budget for a premium, managed solution. It's ideal for small to mid-sized businesses lacking dedicated cybersecurity teams. However, assess whether the cost aligns with your security requirements, especially if your needs are more basic.
Pros

- Client's Interest First
- Generous Negotitation
