What differentiates Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform from other similar products?

It has some unique features help to find the right talent. Specially, calibration which not only helps screening but I have also used it during our intake calls instead of the traditional method of taking notes. There are much more to it and I highly recommend this product.

Calibration and other specific refine features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting structure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it yourself and see how it makes a difference to your work. The speed and quality of the work improves tremendously!

It gives candidate's a score based on the calibration of a profile you're looking for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The score of every candidate based on their skills that align with what the recruiter is looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That candidates' profiles might be outdated when you resurface them, which means you have to go to their LI profiles to see what their actual role is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product for when you have lots of applicants in the pipeline, saves you a lot of time.
