"My experience with EASY VISTA"

What differentiates EasyVista Service Manager from other similar products?

Having used and upgraded several ITSM systems, I find EV Service Manager to be extremely simple to use, configure, and update. We updated to the Oxygen release early this year, and the procedure was really straightforward, requiring no retooling... which is rare in my experience with other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to build up and store customised searches to keep track of each ticket type is the finest feature of ESM. You can segregate issues, service requests, and modifications for easier viewing in the side bar with a single click.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The procedure might be rigid at times. Field pages in wizards cannot be skipped, concealed, or added to. Finding the proper mix of fields necessary to make a new database record visible (such as an asset or a ticket) can be difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make certain you have a solid integration partner who understands your requirements!
