The interface makes it very easy to use and connect PCs that aren't already on your system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of signing on and checking out the interface to see what's going on in our environment

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to be connected to the internet to get the other person PC to connect otherwise you won't be able to sign on to that PC

Great for IT pros in a mid to large firm who support users PC and desktops!
