The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Makes my benefit life so much simpler!

What differentiates ease from other similar products?
It is so simple to use and so effective with information. We utilize a third party payroll provider and do not do our medical insurance through them. I can take Ease reports and send to them without extra work and customization. It also provides so many useful reports and our employees find it easy to use when making initial enrollments as well as open enrollment time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, value it adds
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing! I have not found a single thing that didn't work for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd highly recommend using it. I cannot think of any organization who would not benefit from it. The simplicity of use for both the administrators and the end users is so strong - you don't have to spend a ton of time teaching anyone to use it!

I don't have a comparison as I have not used any similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how easy it is for my employees to use. It eliminated a mountain of benefits paperwork they were pervious required to complete.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have a bit of trouble with the feeds to the carriers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure your feeds are working correctly and that the data being sent is verified after sending. We had a bit of an issue with some of our folks' benefits being terminated because of the bad feed. It's been a hassle getting it corrected.

Exactly what our company needed

What differentiates ease from other similar products?
We were previously using Maxwell Health, solely for benefits enrollment. Ease provides a much cleaner enrollment process for our employees, as well as offering additional HR features, such as document upload, form completion, etc. We are not utilizing payroll integration at this time, but we plan to do so in the future.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Benefits administration and the at-a-glance progress for onboarding and enrollment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Creating custom fields must be done via customer support. It would be nice if we, as end users, could add a field ourselves.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do it! We have been impressed with Ease and the support team.
