What differentiates ease from other similar products?
It is very user friendly and has a simple, easy to understand layout. I used primarily for open enrollment and benefit administration. Our employees were able to get through the process relatively easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User friendliness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very simple and basic system. It doesn’t have the additional features you see in other softwares like this. I think it would be great for a small business, but doesn’t scale well for larger businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If ease of use and simplicity are priorities, this system will meet your needs.
