Sometimes it is hard to find the source of the issues or to receive help from the product services

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First one is that you will be able to manage every aspect of the company with only one system. Second is that even when there are capabilities unavailable with the system, Microsoft provides integrations to fulfill every requirement the company may need.
