What differentiates Druva Data Security Cloud from other similar products?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at all features and capabilities that Druva provides then review 2 or 3 competitors so you'll realize how Druva out does them all. Then make the purchase so you have peace of mind.

What differentiates Druva Data Security Cloud from other similar products?

There are no ingress or egress fees at the moment with Druva. It uses AWS for data storage, so this is a massive plus. The support experience is phenomenal as well. It's also constantly improving and they take suggestions seriously and will more than likely implement them to improve the product. It works very well and we can count on it when we need it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Druva support is my favorite aspect. You never know how support will be after being sold a product, but Druva has done nothing but impress over and over again when we've reached out. That's a big deal to me to know we can rely on continued quality support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some inconsistencies in the interface when viewing backup results for Exchange and OneDrive compared to Sharepoint and Teams. It's not that bad, but some of the filtering options to view failed backups are a bit different, and I'd like for these to match up. I believe they are working on improving this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to give it a try and get a demo. The sales people I spoke to were very helpful and not very pushy. Just assess if it seems like it will match your needs. Druva does a fantastic job backup up our 365 environment, and I feel it's a good solution for companies of all sizes.

What differentiates Druva Data Security Cloud from other similar products?

As of today, we have finished onboarding, but we've been using this product since April 2021. As advertised, the features and capabilities of the app were exactly what I expected. On the other hand, the onboarding team has also been excellent. Both our O365 data and our physical endpoints were in need of a cloud backup solution. Aside from a small amount of administrative overhead, the product is essentially on autopilot after the initial configuration has been completed. As a result of 1 years of use, I've only opened 1 tickets, which shows the product's dependability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to get started with cloud backups. Over standard data protection offerings that require hardware or tape, we saw 15x deduplication rates, which saved us a significant amount. Compared to other commercial DLP solutions, this is a good basic DLP solution. More than 80 percent of the time, DLP budgeting has a positive impact on a company's bottom line. Massive deployment of AD Sync for backup automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times, I'm put off by Overkill. inability to deploy in large numbers Customized MSI packages (logo, description, etc.) have many complaints about the product's performance. It does exactly what I want it to. It's the pricing model and tiering that annoys me most. There should be an option to purchase Federated Search separately rather than having to upgrade to the Elite tier to get it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To help you with any type of backup, I highly recommend this product, which is both affordable and easy-to-use. You may need to increase the storage capacity of your backup system. We had to reduce the client's CPU utilization.
