What differentiates Dropbox Sign from other similar products?

It was a free service that was easy to use for what I needed. I didn't have to sign up for anything or commit to anything. I could just quickly get to my task at hand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was super easy to upload my document and highlight the areas that needed signed. It was user friendly and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To use it more I'm going to have to pay for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create clear word documents so it's easy to import your files.

It's UI has been simple to work with and we've been using Hello Sign for years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The API pricing is too expensive for us to consider using it more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is great and they have a free tier for less than 3 contracts a month that's worth it.

Major stability issues and there is no customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look elsewhere until the company makes support available. Contacting them with a 24 hour response window is unacceptable.
