What is your favorite aspect of this product?
DocuSign memorizes one instance of a signature and adopts it for every signature block within the contract
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not an all in one solution for managing PDF forms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for client use! It's easy to send a docusign template to a client and they can sign and send it back. The end user result is very well thought out

What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?
What really stands out about DocuSign for me, is the seamless and secure way in which document signing and approvals processes. As a Director of Engineering, DocuSign provides an excellent way of limiting our manual paper processes and keeps contract signedoffs, vendor approvals and internal approvals moving as well as it integrates nicely with most applications businesses use today.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The thing I love most about is I can send out documents to be signed electronically and track the status automatically without having the lag of a printed and scanned document. Also I love automated sending reminders so no one forgets signature for long.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is easy to use for standard workflows, but configuring more advanced templates and approval processes can take some time. Some features are also available only in higher-tier plans, which may not be necessary for every team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would absolutely ensure that the templates and approval workflows are established (pre-set and approved if it's your organization that would regularly use contracts, or for the project approvers or vendors document management processes then this could fit well) as soon as the trial/s starts.

What differentiates Docusign from other similar products?
DocuSign smooths everything over bringing to the table documents, and signatures within a unified safe platform. No more emailing files back and forth. Document prep, signing, tracking, and managing are efficient on any platform with any document. Paperwork turnaround time is now faster, and everyone stays notified without having to hound individuals to sign papers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The two things I like the most would be you can save reusable templates and watch a live document from tracking the signature. Automated reminders also comes into really helpful so that you don’t really have to remind the clients of the following.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main feature set is impressive although there are a number of advanced template administrative options that take time to come to grips with, I also believe there a few more customization options which could be displayed much more clearly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's worth spending some time setting up templates for your most frequent agreements, and look at the notification setup early in this process. This will save you lots of headaches later. Your document management becomes much more robust.
