What differentiates DocuSign CLM from other similar products?

DocuSign CLM is an incredibly easy-to-use tool with workflows that are configurable. The tool also provides seamless document generation along with a centralized indexable repository of data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The centralized data repository along with the advanced and indexed search capabilities are my favorite aspects of DocuSign CLM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The document sharing capability can often be less effective to use than other business services like DropBox and OneDrive for Business. I prefer the collaborative features in DropBox, OneDrive and GoogleDrive. It is often easier to add comments, notes, and track changes made by other users accessing the document.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that users utilize DropBox, OneDrive or GoogleDrive for their file collaboration and sharing prior to utilizing DocuSign CLM as those solutions can often provide more comprehensive functionality along with being intuitive and user-friendly.
