What differentiates Diligent Boards from other similar products?

Document management and productivity are, by far, massive strengths of Diligent. Customer service is not far behind. But what really ties this system together is the carefully planned and executed intuitive nature of the product itself. This makes implementation an order of magnitude or two better than most of the competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the speed and ease with with board books are composed. Instead of spending hours on this task, outlines, summaries, and supplemental information can be compiled and polished in a matter of minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price seems a bit intimidating until you consider the power of the product and the productivity gained.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look beyond price, if you have it within your ability to budget for it, to the potential savings in terms of staff resources. Additionally, think of the goodwill points you will receive from your board who will find it as easy to navigate and use as you do. Finally, keep in mind that, like all things worth the effort, the amount of time and training you put in upfront will pay dividends later.

Their web-based design makes it super easy to share and manage documents across platforms.

The admin portion can be difficult to use at times.
