What differentiates DigitalOcean from other similar products?

the user interface is the feature that stands-out to me - From starting/launching a specific service to understanding your invoicing/billing, everything is organized, concise, and easy to grasp.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simplicity - I've used other service providers like Azure and AWS but Digital Ocean is the most simple solution you could hope for. One click deployment means you don't have to worry about anything else, and while it takes care of all the tedious technical details, it still gives you full control over your VPS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The "Backup" service could be improved; it occasionally just doesn't function well, or at least it didn't work in my case; aside from that, it's the best alternative to anything else. On the day it was needed, the backup that should have been there wasn't on the list! I also requested assistance from support, but received none from the support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SMBs are the ideal customers for DigitalOcean, from my experience, DigitalOcean is cheaper in smaller usage scenarios.
