As an admin, it’s easy to set up separate views for all stakeholders and groups in your organization. The demand base is a plug-and-play component of your stack thanks to the sheer number of system connectors and the information generated is clear and easy to understand.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In our company, Demandbase is used for a variety of tasks, including ABM and outbound sales. It provides us with excellent account analytics, and reporting, and aids with customisation for our SDR team. The Demanbase team makes it simple to get it set up and optimised, and our average user adoption is high.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a long time to figure things out on the platform because there is so much to know and understand about it. But, the support staff does an excellent job of offering advice when necessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The marketing and sales teams were made more effective with the support of the Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud. We were able to identify our ICP, create important target accounts, disseminate those accounts via data, and effectively market to them thanks to Demandbase. We have observed an increase in average transaction size and total deals won as a result, as well as a decrease in the time to close deals and an improvement in retention rates.
