What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

The ease of management to look after multiple companies at once, the platform is easy to integrate and manage. The training certification assists in ensuring all engineers are skilled to use the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The overall management of multiple clients/ endpoints

What do you dislike most about this product?

The immediate DR is slightly limiting in memory, not too bad as the process would be to export an image and restore the end system however it would good if they had a higher memory availability on the on cloud DR

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good management tool and easy to implement, you can do all the config and ship out end units with instructions to plug into the network, configuration can be completed remotely

What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

You want the best backup solution in the industry? Go with Datto. Their support is second to NONE. The products they have are the best. The UI is awesome!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to sleep at night. Because I know Datto has my back. The best is the business

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Roadmap has sucked the past two years. Point blank.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get the iOS app more up to date. Help us iPad users out!
