What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

The integration, interface, and restore of data is what put Datto at the top of the list.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface can be a bit sluggish at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Being a Datto customer for since 2015, I think the fact that we are still pleased with this product, and have never considered an alternative solution, is the take away.
