What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

Datto supported a wide range of OS, Most RMMs only support two OS

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Component and depth in scripting, mass deployment of applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

New UI, I prefer old UI and would like features from new UI in it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, you won't regret it, it comes packed with GPO deployment component and deployment is almost effortless

The features and community they have helping each other. Great product and team behind it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization of scripts and the automation that saves us so much time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to choose what remote tools are installed or not. I don't like the VNC version they have and would like it not to be installed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask for a demo and then try it on a heavy use client to see if it will do everything you need it to.
