What differentiates Datto RMM from other similar products?

I like how it's fully cloud native and highly scalable, and also the management of endpoints, networks, and Microsoft 365 works well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how easily scalable it is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Probably it's relatively limited deep network-monitoring compared to specialized tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it fits your network monitoring needs and make sure you take time to set it up properly.

Datto has tools for ticketing system, backup etc. from Datto itself.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The GUI of the new version is very user friendly and attractive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with the third-party apps/tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be great if it is more light weight.
