Organisations can send targeted alerts through SMS, email, push notifications, IVR and web alerts, coordinate response plans, assign tasks, track progress and maintain a clear audit trail. Crises Control also provides Public Alerting for communicating important information to people outside your organisation. The mobile app includes an SOS Panic Button for raising urgent alerts.
