What is Crises Control?

Crises Control is an operational incident coordination platform that helps organisations communicate, coordinate and respond effectively during critical events. Our platform combines mass notification, incident management, task management, business continuity and operational threat intelligence in one solution. Organisations can send targeted alerts through SMS, email, push notifications, IVR and web alerts, coordinate response plans, assign tasks, track progress and maintain a clear audit trail. Crises Control also provides Public Alerting for communicating important information to people outside your organisation. The mobile app includes an SOS Panic Button for raising urgent alerts.
