What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Probably the best CRM for working in a GSuite environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration to GSuite. We use the related fields all of the time. We also would never use a CRM that didn't have tags.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Emails could be highly formatted better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company doesn't use GSuite then don't bother.
