Again it would be ease of use, perfect for creating and dealing with tickets in an IT setting and marries up with Outlook nicely.

Could potentially integrate with more TP apps.

There is a lot of things to learn before you can work efficiently with this service

Takes time to get used to but once you have learned simple processes and know where to go to find things it works well and efficiently for almost every business need.
