It is a professional service which provides automation of the highest standard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Takes care of its own updates Technical documentation is very good IT support

What do you dislike most about this product?

needs to be more simplistic and have better support needs to lear fast as its a new-ish business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a managed service provider business, I would recommend definitely to look at Automate

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?

The tool provides a great reactive monitoring service to customer diagnosing not just hardware faults but it can also detect software faults with the Operating Systems. It also has great integration with a dashboard tool called BrightGauge providing reporting of the data which is highly customisable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote control aspect of this product is my favourite as this is deployed along with the monitoring agent on the clients devices. This is much easier to access customer devices as we do not have to talk through any type of installations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a lot of back end work when onboarding a new customer having to filter out duplicate faults and fine tuning. This is not an out the box type of solution and requires someone with SNMP knowledge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is expensive to purchase. This is only really worth while if there are enough devices to be monitored by the tool. There any many great features and integrations with third party software i.e Veeam so it will be worth looking at what you have on support to see how you can provide a more proactive managed service.

Can be tricky to deploy the agents, lots of training required.

Would recommend, invest in the traing before it goes live.
