What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
The have a North American option to add on help desk. I haven't found any others that are not offshored.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The help desk stands out for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The client management is offshored and it often takes a long time to deal with issues regarding billing or your account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out, demo what you can and be sure you know what your contract is for.

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
I`m not quite sure about the differences as we don`t have any applications before.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The remote and patching are both easy to use and can do automate which is very great to have. Installing and uninstalling the application is hassle-free. Activating and managing the Bitlocker key made it easier. Automating the patch deployment and approval helps a lot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are times that the remote will not work as the agent is not running even though the machine is online/internet. Bugs every now and then for some task/action. Slow response/hot patching for the bug/issue
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Faster hot patch deployment for the bugs and faster response for any issue
