A good use case but not a unique product

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
Being able to integrate with the psa and use of screenconnect as primary connection surface and the ability to backstage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Not impeding business with management of endpoints
What do you dislike most about this product?
The difficulty is in using groups

Its great for needs to manage a device without end user inputs

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
Because it's a ConnectWise product, the integration with PSA is going to be better than other tools, there's lots of great tools out there that integrate with PSA but like CPQ, imo and from what I hear, it has the smoothest integration

Integration to PSA to update agreement numbers
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a complicated program!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're an engineer, you speak the language but if not, get help implementing it for sure
