What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
Implementing the agents is a quick and easy process, user friendly. Easy to log in to work pc while WFH without VPN.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The remote access available and monitoring alerts
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the more advanced features are hard to get your head around
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tricky at first but once you get familiar it all becomes fairly straight forward.

Can be quite hard to get used to where all the menus are with the right click function.

Stick with it even if you find it tricky at first. It’s a great product

Just the amount of customization and ease of use makes it so much better then the other remote access tools.

The ease of the remote access install

Nothing that i can think of. Maybe the cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a bunch of computers that are remote and need to manage, i highly recommend this.
