Massive variety of features comparatively to other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very robust and provides great automated integration by pulling data from each computer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support can be slow at times and can occasionally crash. Also relatively expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would overall recommend the product, great automation and remote control features but can be pricey!

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
The product shows in depth information when the agent is installed on a server. The remote access of systems also is a a key benefit of the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The remote access to clients system is my favourite aspect of the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The information provided for network devices is limited and could do with improving. Also to integrate third party products is not straight forward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product is pricing to to implement so it would need to be the correct business decision. This works well for our company as we provide managed services.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The product is needlessly difficult to understand. The support team are also rarely knowledgeable. The result is that we have under utilised the platform significantly and wasted our investment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared to invest in independent, 1 to 1 deployment support. Do not opt for the group based deployment support option.
