Not a great product for SMB businesses

What differentiates Conga CLM from other similar products?
Conga can do a ton. Lots of features, but it's not a fast product for high volume businesses like ours. It's very complex and requires too much training and too many clicks to do one thing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the automated reminders for agreements to be signed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like how slow it can be and how many clicks it takes to build a simple quote.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a strong product, but not for high volume SMB businesses that transact many sales per day. Slows down our team.

What differentiates Conga CLM from other similar products?
Conga CLM has a powerful feature set for all core contract lifecycle management features and as part of the Conga suite of products has a bright future in even better features in the future as they merge the best of all their products into the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Cloud product coming out on the next several months / years.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability added recently to negotiate online in microsoft office online is a really strong CLM feature most other products don't have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
X-Author can sometimes be difficult to use locally on your own computer, would be nice if it was all cloud based functionality and that seems to be the direction they are going long-term.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Evaluate the other CLM products including what Conga offers (they have other CLM solutions) and find the best solution for yourself.
