What differentiates Concur Travel from other similar products?

It's one of the largest known brands on the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it has a mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the integration with AMEX.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure there's a clear understanding of the full capabilities and integrations you need. We thought we would be able to easily integrate this with AMEX, but it's more cumbersome in my opinion.
