What do you dislike most about this product?
UX flexibility. Mostly locked within the product, with view options to steer. More emphasis could/should be put on 'getting work done with as view clicks as possible'.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand that CloudSense Media Platform, just as Salesforce, is a toolbox, not an off-the-shelf ready to use product
