What differentiates CloudSense CPQ from other similar products?
Integration with Salesforce is seamless, almost covers features for an organisation looking for CPQ capability-Discounting and Deal Management frameworks are extensive and mature. Well supported Product model and design capabilities within Cloudsense framework.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Close integration with Salesforce as it supports same object structure model. Product has matured a lot since its inception where they have brought in robust Frame agreements and Discouting capabilities. Almost near to the expectations that any Organisation looking to leverage Cloudsense as Cpq. The product/technical and support team is really expert in dealing with client issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customisation is bit cumbersome sometimes and requires discussions with product management teams followed by release of new package which sometimes delays clients requirements. Sometimes I feel the product is over engineered that the simply model of things could have solved the problem instead of making them more complex.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall 7/10 in terms of features, product and vendor support and client satisfaction. Competitors like Hansen are now owning the Cpq space.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features
- Includes Product Enhancements
- Helps Innovate
