What differentiates Cloudflare from other similar products?

Functionality is par the competitor but the price is very competitive , the support speed and nature of it is the one that makes a difference.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Before aspect the thing that attracts me is their thinking for non enterprise customer of Bot Protection to enterprise customer , DNS Security to DDoS protection

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike is a very strong word, whatever limitation they had I am sure they will improve with time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go for it, anyone else available in market it's too good , give a trial shot and you can see the magic of it

What differentiates Cloudflare from other similar products?

While we started using CloudFlare at the company to manage our DNS, we had the troubles of having to renew yearly each of our business domain at their respective registrars. This was a tedious tasks resulting regularly in overdue domains, disconnections and in some rare cases, domain loses. When they rolled out their great features to transfer and renew the domain at CloudFlare itself, that was a breakthrough and changing point for us. Today, we are even able to acquire new domains right away from CloudFlare, which is an amazing feat, which no other provider offers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love their new email routing beta features: being able to create custom email addresses and reroute them is something which is going to be useful, especially for startups. I also like the speed overview, testing website loading time and critical loading times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their customer support: not only does it takes a lot of time, but now for their free users, they only provide community support instead of email support as previously. Even paid account support is queued. This is bad in general, I believe.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to manage multiple domain within a single dashboard, have fast DNS propagation and optimal web protection for your website, I recommend CloudFlare without hesitation.

What differentiates Cloudflare from other similar products?

I could be writing chapters on this, for the simple fact of how cool, powerful and useful this tools is. 1. The DDOS protection is so good that for the past 8 year, we have managed spikes in traffic, without it even affecting the uptime of our side. The fact that traffic could also be managed via Load Balancing is also a plus, for businesses whose websites are crucial for their operations. 2. The dedicated SSL/TLS certificate are very affordable, and apart from the aesthetic point of view, gives identity and credibility to the secured aspect of your online web presence. 3. The ability to manage multiple DNS is just perfect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the Argo features, which improved our website loading time, by redirecting traffic into premium routes. The proxy features, which we usually do not pay attention, adds an extra layer of protection towards our web servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support takes too long to response, especially when it comes to website security. However, I do understand that they have millions of users, and that this is not an easy task to manage this amount of customers. Pricing is a little too high also for some components, that should either be provided for free or bundled within an offer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to performance and security, I personally find that there is no match to CloudFlare. You can sleep on both ears, CloudFlare will take care of your website security without you having the burden of spending hundreds of dollars for website security tools and technicians.
